Okay so Finally I figured out how the heck to get back into this blog. I was locked out for about a month..Why do you have to convert to google account who knows.. all I know is its lame.. So finally I can post again.. Although I dont post much anyways but its just in case.
Alot of things have been going on since I last posted.
Things will work out and that is all that matters right. I just wish that my little mind of mine can focus on the good instead of the evil.
Took the dogs to the park today. its their new favorite place now that the weather is getting nicer its like once they get in the car they know they are going to the park. While I was there by my lonesome I saw a beautiful white and black dane came in.. I got all excited i went up to pet her and of course since she was at the park she didn't want any part of being pet. but I was able to do a drive by pet so thats good. Spoke to the owner who was a bitch but that is besides the point and she mentioned that she got her dazy or whatever her name was from a breeder up north, and that the dad lived to be 16 and weighed 180 pounds now that is a big dane. I would of loved to have seen him. I miss starr alot. She was such a sweet girl I miss her cuddling next to me on the couch or in bed. Its strange how time flies its almost been a year since she passed. There isn't a day that goes by that I dont think about her. It was really hard seeing that dane there at the park today. I remember taking chewie and starr to the park. Starr loved it so much but since she was getting older she would always just stand by my side and lean on my hip. Gosh i miss her. Starrbaby where ever you are I hope you are running around and playing in the fields of grass and sleeping next to leland. i love you !

there comes a time when you have to say goodbye. today has been one of those days.
tears fill up the eyes and drip like the leaking faucet. I know that I have been thinking this for awhile but having enough courage to actually do it, well today feels like I failed. job interview

okay so yesterday i went for my job interview.. oh my gosh i was so nervous.. i hope i did well. they all seem very nice and it seems like a good company to work for.. i have alot of the skills for what they are looking for so wish me luck. i just sent off my follow up thank you letter.. ugh.. thanks to the internet i found some samples... they said that they will be interviewing for about a week and to call sometime next week to see where they are at.. wish me luck...

in other not so happy news...
starrbaby was doing really good there for about 2 days... keeping down food.. and going to the bathroom pee in the house but hey thats okay as long as she is still able to pee that is fine with me.. well today she deceided that she doesn't feel like eating again.. i just dont know what to do.. a couple days ago when I got home she ran to me and got her toy like she always used to.. and she was wagging her tag and so excited... i was so happy that she was feeling a bit better.. but then to see her like this today... i just hate to see her suffer.. i dont know what to do....

so the countdown is on to Raphs surgery.. i am way way excited for her... i know she will do well ... and i will be there to tell her......

well i have some good news .. i got a call this morning for a interview..

My interview is on Thursday. It's basically doing the same sort of stuff I did before.... so I am excited about that.. but just worried about the interview .... what do i wear , what do i say.. how do I answer their questions..... ugh i have to go now and practice in front of a mirror.....

well the past couple days have been rough. starrbaby has been throwing up for a few days .. so I decided to ask my mom to borrow more money and take her to the vet.
we got there and had to wait in the lobby for like a hour... poor starr was so weak from not eating and throwing up that all the doggies and kitties wanted to say hello to her but she didn't want anything to do with anyone.. she just layed on the floor with her chin on the cool tile.
well then we got in the room and had to wait another 30 mins..damn this place was extremely busy.....she now weighs 98 pounds poor little thing used to weigh 135. she hasn't eaten in days and throws up nothing except water.. she drinks and throws up.. so the vet couldn't find anything wrong with her on the outside.. so they said that they had to do some blood work....
okay fine they took some blood then we waited another 45 mins and the blood test came back with her having high white blood cells... the doctor said that this means she has a invection or could be cancer.... CANCER what wait.. what are you talking about cancer.... so i held up really well didn't cry ... they said that she had to come back tomorrow and get some xrays of her chest area....... so they said since she is so big they will have to take two xrays of her chest area... and put her under.... so yesterdays visit was 120 and today the xrays and stuff is going to cost 150.. damn... why so expensive.. i now see why people get pet insurance.....

so i dropped starr off this morning at 9:30 and she was so scared she didn't want to go in the back room.. all 4 legs went stiff and we pulled and pushed and finally got her in the room... i heard myself say its okay baby mama's here with you.. mama's here...... all i could do was cry.... ( i don't know why but when i got back to the car and thought of myself saying that , i thought of a movie i seen Paradise lost with Joaquin Phoenix and Vince Vaughn at the end when Joaquin's character is getting hung).. okay not that my starrbaby was being hung or anything.. but weird thoughts.
so the girl comes back from the backroom and brings starrs collar and leash and says call after 4pm..... here i am balling my eyes out carrying these things walking through a bunch of doggies and kitties in the waiting room... it was so sad.... i am so worried about her......

sure has been a crazy year.. I would of never thought all this would have happened. but you know it was so meant to be...... life changes in a blink of a eye you know.... so many new changes. I stayed home from work today not feeling to good. I watched the machinest today.. What a sad movie.. I liked it but it's a bit slow. Christian Bale lost like 40 pounds for this movie.. he looks yummy.. I don't know why I think he is better looking all skinny like that... I don't have a thing for him or anything but I think he is attractive in that movie...
I thought I had it figured out then at the end I was like WHAT!!!
Jennifer Jason Leigh was in I love her so is a cutie.. I have like her for a long time... I can't believe how old she is getting...

Today I got a email from my niece tessa.. She sent me little smiley faces with a caption that read I love you email me!! I thought that was really cute... So I decided to take some pictures of myself for her.. She hasn't seen me in ages so I sent her some pictures of the kitties and me and starr.... My digital camera really sucks.. It is old and so out of date but it does the trick.. Dave and I were thinking about getting another one but who has the money...

I went to see the surgeon about weight loss surgery and she said that she thinks I would be a good candiate..

I have to go and have two procedures this week.. Not looking forward to those.
I went to my dietrician that I have been seeing for about 3 weeks now and I lost 8 pds. I also had to go and see a psychologist.. That was a different experience. He said that I was a good candiate for surgery also. I recieved a copy of his letter that he is sending over to the Surgeon in it is what he thought of me and why he thinks I am ready for surgery. It was strange to read! He said things like mildly depressed doesn't like social gatherings.. HUMMMM don't you think I could of wrote the same thing about myself and saved myself $430.00 dollars...

So I am just waiting on a letter from my primary care doctor and then I will have all my info to send out to the insurance to see if they will approve me. WISH ME LUCK!!!

oh what a day.. I was trying to walk down the stairs and I stepped on Mendel poor little guy.. I literally scared the shit out of him.. Shit was all over the wall no joke.. It was quite nasty... But seriously.. I was really scared so Dave and I took him up to a 24 hour vet and got him checked out... His tummy and back side felt kind of bloated but the vet said she didn't feel anything unusual..

But now we are home and he is just sleeping by maceo.... I guess grandpa will take care of him.

I have been feeling sick all day again.. those stupid hicups and burps have been really bugging me for the past couple days.. I am going to see a specialist about this the second week in May.. I might have to get a Endoscopy to check to see what is up with all these damn burps and pain.. That is kind of scary... I was reading up on it and they have to stick this scope thing down your throat.. okay gag!!!! but Dave's mom had it done so if she can do I can too :)

Today I came home from work early cause I felt like I was going to barf.. So I came home and slept till now. I don't feel any better but what else is new.

Dave hasn't been feeling well either.. I told him I had sympathy pains for him.

I know what you are saying Bridget I don't have much to say either. Nothing exciting goes on in my life..
Oh I want to say this out loud to BRIDGET thank you for my birthday present (book) I can't believe I never thanked you. GOSH how lame am I. But Also thanks for having the kids call me on my birthday to sing happy birthday to me that was so nice! It totally made my day.

I heard this story on the news or in a magazine.. You know those lawn figures that we took like years ago of the ducks ? well some high school kids took a alf like figure off some ladies lawn and took him on vacation with them and took a ton of pictures of him . Like autumn and raphie did with that COW!! ha that was funny.. But when they got back from vacation they returned the figure along with a cute little photo album scrap book of all the pictures. The lady thought that was so cute.... Wouldn't that be funny though to have this book!!! awww those were the days...... Damn I feel so old.. where has the time gone.
I am still totally a kid at heart though.. I miss cruisin' winchester mall HA!!!!!!!!!

Baron is so lovely, he is Dave's cat. When we went to the humane society to get Joely we were going to get another cat too but he was sick and didn't make it. Dave walked into the cat room and when he walked by Barron stuck his little paw out and grabbed dave so Dave said I want him.
Ever since we have had Baron he is IN LOVE with Dave he rubs all over his face, gives him kisses, and Follows him everywhere... Baron is a sweet cat and Dave's baby!!!!!!

This is Mendel. Look at that sweet face! Mendel (I got this name from the movie Price of rubies it was the name of the jewish husband and I just fell in love with that name ever since) {so Mendel is my little jewish baby} is the new addition to the family. When Leland (I miss you so much) past away I thought about getting a new kitten. I wanted a all white one like Leland but I called places and they kept telling me it wasn't kitty season. So I was kind of like inpatient and I found a place that was like in MILWAUKEE no not Wisconsin OREGON and it was about 40 minutes away. I got lost going there but that's another story for a later time. That's when I got MENDEL .. he is a monster too. He has adapted well. He is like the king of the house. He plays with all the cats and beats up on Maceo and follows Baron everywhere...

Well next is Zane, He is so cute.. Look at that face. He is 9 weeks old and I think he has the cutest face ever! I got him at a pet store in downtown Vancouver.
I walked into this store and they had 7 kittens in a Aquarium. What the heck a aquarium poor babies. But I made the guy like pick up three kittens checking to see if they were male or not. The first two were female. I wanted a grey and white one, so there was only one left and I thought to myself please be a male......It was..so I said I will take him. When the guy gave him to me I noticed he had fleas and I was like UGH not fleas but I was okay with it. I paid my 40 dollars cash and off I was... I wasn't thinking about a name for him at that moment. I was just worried about getting him checked out at the Vet. So I drove to our vet. I told them to do a complete check up on him. So we decided to do the Feline leukemia test on him... They draw blood from the vein in the leg.. Awww poor little guy.. The test takes 10 mins to come back. So I waited in the lobby with the little guy and 10 mins go by and the Vet comes out and says POSITIVE!!!!!!!! I didn't know what to say or think... I don't want a new kitten that is sick.... I don't want my other cats to get sick.. I was really shocked.. So the vet said that we should go ahead and take another test and try a different kit. So poor little guy had to get blood taken again but in the other leg.. 10 mins goes by Vet comes back and says Negative.. I am thoroughly confused now.. I have no idea what to think.
The vet says that it could just be a fluke.... I have to keep the kitten separate from the other cats for 3 weeks and have him tested again.
So I came home and was really upset and I told dave and he said that he didn't want to get attached to him.
I decided to name him Zane I always liked that name..... Everytime I hear it though I think of Billy Zane (cutie) and Everytime I think of Billy Zane I think of Demon Knight he was really good in that movie..
So Zane is now home his room is the upstairs hall bathroom. He has his bed, toys, food bowls and his litter box . He cries all the time and he is so loud.. But I take him out as much as I can. The second day he was here I had to work on the yard pulling weeds. I wanted him to go outside with me to get out of that bathroom so I tried to make him a little caged area so he could play but it was quite windy and the walls kept falling down... Plus he was a climber and kept trying to escape. So I put Zane up on my shoulder and pulled weeds.... I guess my mom would probably be saying CRAZY cat lady right now but I don't think I am crazy I just love my pets :)
I keep telling Zane how many days are left till he gets tested again and he is able to play with the big kids (I'm HOPING).
Tonight Zane and I played in the office with Starr. Zane was actually get all frisky and attacking starr. It was really funny. Starr was really enjoying it, she was being really good too.. THINK KING KONG AND STUART LITTLE !!!!! HA I had a few laughs! Well I have been writing for a hour I think I've done the deed!

the Josh show what a treat. I loved it so much. He looked wonderful in his reddish brown suit and his short hair cut. It was just him solo without the band and it was AWESOME as raphie would say. HA! He played for about a hour and a half. It was really neat cause he played his harmonica and whistled and used his guitar as like a drum.
The only problem that I really had with the show.. not a problem but a bit sad about was that he didn't play lots of old stuff. He played like the entire 1972 album only a few songs off Nashville. But I wanted to hear Michigan and Flair. But overall I really liked the show. Josh seemed kind of quiet but the crowd was really into him. The place was really small. It had a log cabin look to it.
I thought that like 40 people would show but it turned out being like 200 or so. WHICH WAS GREAT. that means he will "COMEBACK" here... (when I wrote that I was singing out loud)

Amy Correia opened up for him and she has a really pretty voice.
She came out to do two songs with him 1972 and James that was cute.. They actually sounded really good together. Josh was his usual flirty self when she came on stage he looked at her and said "your good looking". HA!!!
Josh mentioned that he moved to Spain, which I already knew but he really didn't talk much. The place wouldn't allow cameras so that was a bummer.!!

But I was reading on Josh's site http://www.joshrouse.com/ that he is going to start work on his new album in August and he will put a web cam in studio so we can watch him. That is such a nice treat.
